Jumping in the Big Pool

So, here goes.  I'm about to head out to my first meeting with a retailer.  I already have some items on consignment at Blowfish Emporium, down in Bristol, but I'm ready to try my hand at wholesaling.  Over the course of the next few weeks, I have four appointments set up.  Three are for wholesale and one is another consignment opportunity.  I have made my line sheet, prepared my samples, and practiced my pitch.  So, what is keeping me from getting up and heading out that door?  Probably the same thing that kept me off the high dive all those summers when I was young.  I'm afraid I'm going to sink like a rock with no one there to catch me.  I'm incredibly worried that nobody will like my products, and all my customers, friends, and acquaintances have just been pulling my leg.  So, we'll see.  My appointment is in an hour and a half, but I need to stop for some boxes. Yep, that's just like me to wait until the last minute, isn't it?  Oh well.  Here we go...
